My Research Credits are empty
For Free accounts, the 24-hour availability timer begins only after usable credits run out. The Account → Plan page shows the live balance and countdown. Pro credits are allocated only after a successful monthly renewal.
I cannot log in
Use “Forgot password?” on the login page. If the email does not arrive, create a ticket using the same account email.
A metric looks wrong or empty
Send the niche name, report URL, field name, and expected value. Research estimates should be independently checked before important decisions.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation stops the next renewal while Pro access normally continues through the end of the current paid period. Manage the subscription securely from Account → Billing.
