Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of SlugLift. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. The service

SlugLift is an SEO tools platform. Its Niche Finder helps users discover relevant opportunities, compare stored research signals, save niches, and review free or premium planning reports. Search volumes, CPC values, opportunity scores, competition labels, trends, monetization estimates, and rule-based recommendations may be estimates, historical observations, or database values. They are research aids, not promises.

Features may be improved, replaced, limited, suspended, or discontinued to maintain security, quality, legal compliance, or commercial viability. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. One account is for one person unless a future team plan expressly allows additional users. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or close an account involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, attempts to bypass usage limits, or material breach of these Terms.

4. Free plan, Pro plan, and Research Credits

The Free plan currently begins with 50 Research Credits, charges 10 credits for a successful search, shows up to 20 results per search, permits up to 10 saved niches, and provides a useful free report. When the usable free balance runs out, a 24-hour availability timer begins before the next free allocation. Suggestions and searches with no results do not consume search credits.

The planned Pro plan is priced at $11.99 USD per month and is intended to include 5,000 Research Credits after each successful monthly renewal, up to 50 results per search, 200 saved niches, premium reports, available exports, up to 1,000 eligible unused rollover credits, and an ad-free experience. Pro credits do not refill on the Free plan timer. Paid features do not become available until checkout and subscription activation are connected.

Credits are service-use units, not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or transferable property. Limits protect the database and may be adjusted to prevent bulk extraction or abuse.

5. Billing, renewal, taxes, and cancellation

When paid checkout is activated, subscriptions will renew automatically at the stated billing interval until cancelled. The checkout page will show the final price, applicable taxes, billing interval, and payment provider before purchase. Paddle is the planned merchant of record and may process payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and subscription administration under its own terms.

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from the billing area or through the support process. Unless law or our Refund and Cancellation Policy requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the paid period ends.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful SEO research and planning. You must not:

• scrape, crawl, automate, or bulk-extract the database or reports without written permission;
• bypass credits, result limits, access controls, or security protections;
• share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy protected parts of the service;
• upload malware, disrupt infrastructure, probe vulnerabilities, or access another user’s account;
• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity; or
• misrepresent estimates or reports as guaranteed results.

7. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us a limited permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. The platform, interface, compiled research, software, branding, report structure, and original materials remain owned by or licensed to the operator.

8. No ranking, traffic, or income guarantee

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. SEO conditions, search engines, advertising markets, competition, and commercial outcomes change. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, profitability, data completeness, or that every estimate is current. You must independently validate important decisions. The service is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. For any claim relating to a paid plan, total direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, payment system, or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the service or by email.
